Ben Crooks brings extensive experience in the design and manufacture of audiovisual furniture, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects from concept to installation.
Recognised in the industry for his hands‑on approach and deep understanding in how furniture works in any environment, Ben specialises in integrating AV equipment seamlessly into bespoke furniture solutions. He balances discreet cable management with excellent access for serviceability for the equipment, ensuring both clean aesthetics and long‑term maintainability.

Nick Collins
Director of Parnterships 📍 Ash, Surrey , United Kingdom
Nick leads partnerships at Design-Led, working with universities, estates teams, architects and project stakeholders to improve how AV, furniture and architectural elements are coordinated across education spaces.
With a practical understanding of project delivery, Nick focuses on building relationships that help clients resolve key details early, reduce delivery issues and create more consistent outcomes across projects and programmes. His role is centred on connecting the right people, aligning project priorities and supporting smoother collaboration from concept through to completion.

Designer
Is a creative force in furniture design and spatial planning, with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of how environments shape experience. From initial concept sketches to full CAD designs and final manufacture, Ric guides projects through every stage of development with precision and flair.
His work spans commercial interiors, bespoke furniture solutions, and ergonomic space layouts, always tailored to the client’s vision and functional needs. Ric’s approach blends aesthetic innovation with technical expertise, ensuring that every piece and plan is both beautiful and buildable.
