AV-Integrated Collaboration Furniture Designed for Meeting Rooms

This project involved the design and manufacture of a bespoke collaboration table for a corporate meeting room, where the requirement was for a refined, functional table capable of supporting meetings, presentations, and technology-enabled collaboration.

Design-Led was appointed as the furniture design and manufacturing partner, responsible for delivering a custom AV-integrated collaboration table that aligned with the scale, layout, and use of the meeting space while integrating seamlessly with the room’s audiovisual requirements.

The meeting room required a purpose-designed collaboration table that could comfortably support group discussions while accommodating power, data, and AV connectivity in a clean and unobtrusive way.

Rather than adapting standard meeting room furniture, the table was designed specifically for the space scaled to suit the room proportions and detailed to support both in-person and hybrid meetings.

The result is a bespoke collaboration table that functions as a central working surface while discreetly enabling the technology required for modern corporate meetings.

In contemporary workplaces, meeting room furniture must support more than seating. It needs to integrate technology intuitively while maintaining a calm, professional aesthetic.
